support@yomivo.com
Before you request deletion
- Send the request from the Yomivo account email whenever possible.
- Local drafts, playback settings, and local account state must be cleared in each browser or app.
- Report-time safety snapshots may be retained when required for safety, abuse, dispute, or legal review.
What happens next
- 1Request from your account emailUse the deletion email template when possible. If you cannot access that inbox, include details support can use to verify ownership.
- 2Ownership and scope are checkedSupport verifies the account and confirms which profile, content, media, and social records can be deleted.
- 3Scope and timing are confirmedAfter verification, support confirms the deletion scope and expected timing. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where safety, abuse, dispute, or legal records must be retained for the purpose that requires them.
Clear Yomivo data in this browser
Deletion and privacy requests can remove data tied to your account after verification, but drafts, playback settings, hidden people, and local account state may also need to be cleared in this browser.
Request deletion
Send a deletion request to support@yomivo.com from the email address on your Yomivo account. If you cannot access that email, include enough information for support to verify account ownership.
What deletion covers
- Account profile and authentication-linked profile data after ownership is verified.
- Posts, comments, follows, likes, saves, listen progress, notifications, blocks, mutes, and uploaded post media where deletion is legally and operationally allowed.
- Reports are handled separately: profile references can be removed, while report-time snapshots may be retained when needed for safety, abuse investigation, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
- Local data stored on a device must be cleared from that device by using reset controls or browser storage settings.
Safety and legal records
Some records may be retained when needed for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or abuse investigation. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
Timing
After ownership is verified, support will explain the expected completion window for the request. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Safety, dispute, abuse, or legal retention reviews may change the remaining scope and timing, and support will explain any retained records that still apply.
