Email support
For account, privacy, safety, or deletion requests, use your account email when possible. Some requests may require identity confirmation.

Be real and respectful
- Use an identity and profile that do not mislead people.
- Do not harass, threaten, shame, or encourage others to target a person or group.
- Do not post hate, dehumanization, or abusive content based on protected or vulnerable characteristics.
Protect privacy and rights
- Do not reveal private information about another person without consent.
- Do not impersonate people, organizations, journalists, creators, or public services.
- Do not publish copyrighted or confidential material unless you have the right to do so.
Keep audio trustworthy
- Do not claim that generated narration is a recording of a real person.
- Do not use Yomivo to create misleading emergency, financial, medical, political, or legal audio claims.
- Voice cloning and user-uploaded identity voices are not available in the current service.
No abuse or illegal activity
- Do not post scams, malware, spam, sexual exploitation, violent threats, or instructions for serious harm.
- Do not use automation to scrape, spam, manipulate counts, or bypass safety limits.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or backend systems you are not authorized to access.
Reporting
Use report, block, and mute controls when something feels unsafe or unwanted. Yomivo reviews reports; block and mute controls immediately affect what appears in your own feed and queue.
